Round 2 · Back by Demand
Your next 100 members live within 3 miles of your building. They’re not coming on their own.
Most churches don’t have an outreach problem. They have a presence problem. Your neighborhood drives past your building every week — and still couldn’t tell you what your church does.
On Saturday, October 3, pastors and their teams spend four hours building a real strategy for the neighborhood God already assigned them. Not another conference. Not another evangelism push. A written plan you carry out of the room.
Round 2 is a Saturday so your team can come — and team seats are $79. A team of four pays $96 a head.

New for Round 2
We moved to a Saturday on purpose — so your bivocational leaders and working team members can be in the room too, not just the senior pastor. The people who carry the plan should be the people who build it.
First seat $147. Every additional seat from your church, $79. Bring four and you’re paying $96 a head — a dollar under what a single seat cost at Round 1.
Most churches have tried the outreach push, the community day, the invite cards. What’s missing isn’t effort — it’s a strategy your team can run every week after the room clears. That’s the entire point of these four hours.
The Framework
Three teaching blocks. One build block. One plan you actually leave with.
Map
See your three miles as they actually are today — the people, the places, the need — not the neighborhood you remember from ten years ago.
Occupy
Presence first. Then the partnerships and bridges already waiting on your block — because occupying a city was never meant to be done alone.
Invite
Rethink the invitation your city has never truly received, and make the ask that finally lands.
Build
Write the 90-day plan — and set your first milestone date before you leave the room. Your church, your calendar, your win.
A map of the people and places surrounding your church
A strategy for building consistent community presence
Partnership opportunities your church may be overlooking
Your church’s written 90-Day City First Action Plan — with your own first milestone on the calendar
38 pastors paid to be in the last room — on a Tuesday.
$147
First seat. Four hours with Michael, working on your church, your neighborhood and your numbers — and a written 90-day plan in your hands when you walk out.
+ $79
each additional seat from your church
A team of four pays $384 — $96 a head.

Watch
Come with a city on your heart. Leave with a plan in your hands.
Who’s Leading It
Michael Amey has spent nearly 30 years in missions, outreach, and church leadership, including 15 years pastoring overseas. His work has centered on planting, strengthening, and mobilizing churches to move beyond event-driven evangelism and become consistently present in their communities. Through City First, Michael helps pastors turn a heart for their city into a practical strategy their teams can execute.
Before You Register
Senior, executive, campus, and outreach pastors — and the leadership teams who’ll actually carry the work. It’s built for churches of every denomination, generally 75 to 1,000 in weekly attendance. This is a working session, not an audience for one speaker, so come with the people who make the decisions.
Four hours of frameworks Michael has spent nearly thirty years building — fifteen of them pastoring overseas — applied directly to your church, your neighborhood and your actual numbers. You walk out with a written 90-Day City First Action Plan, not a page of notes. Round 1 filled a room with paying pastors on a Tuesday; this one is a Saturday so your team can come. Every additional seat from your church is $79, so a team of four comes in at $384.
The LAB Inc. · 15916 Crenshaw Blvd · Gardena, CA. Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a working lunch served in the room. Doors open at 8:30 for coffee.
Round 1 ran on a Tuesday, and the pastors who came kept saying the same thing: my team would have been here if it weren’t a workday. So Round 2 moved. A Saturday means your bivocational leaders, your outreach volunteers, and the people who actually run your ministries can build the plan with you instead of hearing about it secondhand.
Two to four is the sweet spot. You’ll work at tables of four, and the exercises are built for a team to argue through together — the pastor, whoever owns outreach, and one or two people who will still be doing this in ninety days. At $79 a teammate, bringing three people with you costs less per person than one seat did at Round 1. Coming alone works too — you’ll just be carrying the plan home to sell it.
Your church’s address, an honest read on your current attendance, and a pen. Everything else — the worksheets, the maps, the frameworks — is waiting on the table.
The four hours are a working session, and you leave with your plan whether or not you ever spend another dollar. Near the end, Michael does show pastors one way his team can carry the plan for them month to month, for the churches that want the help. Take it or leave it — the plan is yours either way.
